Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Digg, the extension, daemon, website, and related services (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Section 6 contains important disclosures about the rewards described on the Service as “AI Stocks”; please read it carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” includes it. You are responsible for having the right to capture and license data from the repositories you enable.

2. The Service

Digg captures your approved AI-coding sessions, removes secrets and personal data on your device before upload, lets you view/share/delete them, and, with your consent, contributes redacted sessions to AI labs as training data, rewarding you as described in Sections 5 and 6. Features may change over time.

3. Your account & consent

You sign in to enroll and must keep your credentials secure. Capture only runs for repositories you consent to, and consent is recorded before data is collected. You may pause capture, unshare sessions, delete sessions, or remove the Service at any time.

4. Your content & the license you grant

As between you and Digg, you own your captured sessions. To operate the Service and the data marketplace, you grant Digg a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, redact, reproduce, create derivative works of (e.g. training-data formats), and sublicense the redacted sessions you consent to license, to data buyers. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that doing so does not violate any agreement (including employer or client agreements) or law. Do not enable capture for code you are not permitted to license.

5. Rewards

• You may earn rewards, described on the Service as “AI Stocks,” for each approved session you contribute that clears the quality bar and enters the training corpus. What those rewards are, and are not, is set out in Section 6. Allocation, eligibility, and any vesting are as published on the Service at the time of contribution and may change prospectively.
• Rewards may be delivered to an embedded wallet created for your account. On-chain transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for the accuracy of any wallet address you provide and for the security of your wallet.
• Rewards may require identity verification (KYC/AML), sanctions screening, and tax documentation. We may withhold, delay, or cancel rewards where required by law, pending verification, or where we suspect fraud, automation, or abuse.
• You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive. Rewards depend on the quality of and demand for contributed data and are not guaranteed.

6. AI Stocks: important disclosures

Not real shares. Rewards described on the Service as “AI Stocks” or by the name or ticker symbol of any company (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or NVDA) are digital assets (tokens) that reference or track the price of shares in AI-related companies. They are not shares, equity, securities issued by those companies, or any interest in them. Holding such a token does not make you a shareholder and confers no ownership, voting, dividend, information, or other rights against the referenced company, unless the token's issuer expressly provides otherwise under its own terms. Private companies referenced by a token have not issued, and may never issue, publicly tradable shares.

Issued by third parties, not Digg. These tokens are created, issued, custodied, priced, and redeemed by independent third-party issuers, brokers, and exchanges that are not affiliated with Digg. Digg does not issue, underwrite, sponsor, endorse, custody, control, or guarantee any token, and does not control whether, when, or on what terms a token is available to you. Your relationship with any issuer, broker, or exchange is governed solely by their terms, and Digg is not a party to it. The names and trademarks of referenced companies belong to their owners, who are not affiliated with, and do not sponsor or endorse, Digg.

Not investment advice; no offer. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or endorsement of any company, asset, token, or strategy. Nothing on the Service is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, or other asset in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful. Digg is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, transfer agent, or custodian, and is not registered or licensed as such anywhere.

Your responsibility; local regulations. Tokens that reference securities are regulated differently around the world and are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions (including, for many issuers, for U.S. persons and residents of certain other countries). You are solely responsible for determining whether receiving, holding, transferring, or redeeming any reward is lawful for you, for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, and for any identity verification, reporting, and taxes. We may restrict, delay, substitute, withhold, or cancel rewards in any jurisdiction or for any account where we believe delivery could be unlawful or is not supported by an issuer.

Risk of loss. The value of a token can fluctuate significantly and may fall to zero. Tokens may become illiquid, unavailable, frozen, or worthless, including because of the actions, errors, or insolvency of an issuer, broker, exchange, custodian, or blockchain network; smart-contract or protocol failures; loss of wallet access; or changes in law or regulation. Rewards are not guaranteed in availability, amount, or value, may be substituted with other rewards, and may be changed or discontinued prospectively. Past performance of any asset is not indicative of future results. Do not rely on rewards as income, and do not contribute data in expectation of any particular value.

No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digg and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or relating to any token or other reward, its issuer, broker, exchange, custodian, wallet, or network; any change in the value, availability, or legality of a reward; or any decision you make in reliance on the Service. Our aggregate liability remains limited as set out in Section 11.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload data you lack the right to license, or that infringes others' rights or violates law.
• Deliberately defeat redaction, or submit fabricated, automated, or low-quality data to inflate rewards.
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service, or attempt to access others' data.
• Use the Service to evade any law, sanction, or restriction that applies to you or to any reward.

We may remove data, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Third-party tools

Digg works alongside third-party coding agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex) and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by their providers. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including Digg's software, design, and marks, is owned by Digg and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks or software except to use the Service as permitted.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. While redaction is designed to remove secrets and personal data, no automated system is perfect; you remain responsible for reviewing what you share and for not enabling capture on data you cannot license.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or value of any reward. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed US$100.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Digg harmless from claims arising out of data you enable or license without the necessary rights, your receipt or use of any reward in violation of applicable law, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law. Licenses already granted to buyers for data you consented to license may survive, per their terms; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclosures, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
